WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST CHALLENGING YET REWARDING SET YOU'VE SWAM?

A challenging yet enjoyable set from practice was 20 x 50s on the 1:00 interval, with the goal of hitting 200 pace on each of them. This set taught me a lot about my breaststroke endurance, and it helped improve my stamina for my 200 breaststroke.
I started swimming when I was 5 years old, and I joined the Sierra Marlins when I was 8. This sport challenges me both physically and mentally each day, but the experiences and memories are more than worthwhile. These past years have taught me the importance of diligence, confidence, and perseverance, and I carry these values with me in every aspect of my life. Being part of a swim team has shaped me into who I am today, and I am incredible grateful for the lessons I’ve learned and the friendships I’ve gained from this sport.
