20 x 50's LCM Backstroke 2 pace, on the 1:00. I enjoyed this set because it was very challenging not just physically, but also mentally, it also boosted my moral as I was able to hit my pace on almost every single 50!

Swimming has always been a huge part of my life. I started swimming when I was 4 years old and from that's when I began to fall in love with the sport. Then, when I was 8 years old, I joined the marlins and I never looked back, as my career began to grow! Now I can't wait to see where swimming takes me in life as it has taught me many life lessons in and out of the pool that I will use for the rest of my life. Not only has swim taught me discipline, time management, and perseverance but swimming has also brought me everlasting friendships.
