WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST CHALLENGING YET REWARDING SET YOU'VE SWAM?

125 x 25's - 25 x 25's Fly; 25 x 25's Back; 25 x 25's kick; 25 x 25's Breast; 25 x 25's Free. All on very limited rest (:15-:25). It was definitely painful at the start, but with long and repetitive sets like these, you get into a rhythm that carries you to the end, training you for the actual races.
Hi my name is Jiarui Zheng (but I go by Jeremy). I have been swimming for 10 years. I had my first swim lesson at the age of 6 and fell in love with it ever since. I first started swimming on a team with the Folsom Sea Otters at the age of 7, where I swam recreationally for 2 summers before switching to the Marlins at the age of 9, where I still am now. I also swim for the Vista Del Lago High school team. I love the culture in swimming and how everyone pushes each other to be the best version of themselves not only as a swimmer, but also as a person. Swimming has also taught me many life lessons such as to enjoy the highs and learn from the lows.
