Hi my name is Lauren Palacios , I started swimming when I was 7 years old for the Glen Oaks Sea lions and started year round swimming at the age of 13. My favorite events to swim are the 100 fly and 200 free . I currently have 2 high school league records in 100 fly and 200 free. I have a strong work ethic. I am willing to do what the coach asks me to make me a better athlete inside and outside the pool .
