I enjoyed this set because it is a great blend of longer distance stroke work while still being very focused on hitting pace as well as descending throughout the rounds.

I was born on the island of Guam before moving to Humboldt County, CA. I joined the local swim team when I was eight years old and fell in love with the sport. Thereafter, I joined Albany Armada Aquatics and was coached independently in Humboldt with my close friend and training partner, Huck. I recently moved to Granite Bay at 15 and now swim under a great coaching staff and very accomplished team members at Sierra Marlins.
